Canon .... what's with no 4k video? Ok so I got that off my chest .. So Canon has finally got around to making stock of the Canon EOS 6D Mark II Body available late July 2017. Ok so the Dual Pixel AF for video especially, is going to be a big step ahead. So no 4k? Why? Well would you buy the Canon 5d Mark IV for 4k video if you could buy the Canon 6d Mark II for $2000 ish less? No.

Ok so I have had a good whinge. On the positive side. 26mp up from 20mp and 45 af points up from a cheap and nasty 11 and all of the 45 AF points are now Cross type. Canon claims better battery life of 1200 photos with a faster 6.5 FPS up from 4.5 which should be a winning point for portrait shooters that like to do a little sport from time to time.
